Welcome to Grooms at Home. By using our mobile grooming services, website, or any related service ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Disclosure
By utilizing the services of Grooms at Home and leaving your pet in our care, you, the Owner, verify that all information provided to Grooms at Home, either in writing or verbally, is accurate. The Owner represents that they are the sole Owner of the Dog and reaffirms, each time the Dog is brought to us for service, that the Dog is in good health and has not experienced any communicable illnesses within the past 30 days before the appointment.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a grooming appointment with Grooms at Home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Services Provided
Grooms at Home offers professional dog grooming services at high-end apartment complexes. Our services include but are not limited to:

Bathing, brushing, and drying

Haircuts and trims
-
Nail trimming and ear cleaning

De-shedding treatments
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for reasons including, but not limited to, aggressive behavior or medical conditions that put the pet or our staff at risk.
4. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments: Clients may book appointments via our website, app, or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability.

Aggressive Behavior: Pets that display aggressive or dangerous behavior may be refused service for the safety of our staff and other pets.

7. Liability

Grooms at Home will take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being during the grooming process. However, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen reactions that occur as a result of grooming services.

Clients agree to hold Grooms at Home harmless for any loss, injury, or damage caused by their pet before, during, or after the grooming session.

The Owner further acknowledges and understands that the groomers at Grooms at Home do not have medical training in animal health, and are not expected to diagnose or detect illnesses during grooming services. The Owner is aware that the grooming environment may bring Dogs into close contact with each other. While Grooms at Home takes precautions with vaccinations, supervision, sanitation, and personalized care, the Owner understands that no system is 100% effective at preventing the risk of injury, airborne viruses, or communicable diseases. By using the services of Grooms at Home, the Owner voluntarily assumes these risks and releases Grooms at Home, its employees, members, or agents from any and all liability for any losses, damages, or medical conditions contracted by the Dog, including injuries during transport or treatment. The Owner agrees to take full responsibility for any associated costs of bringing or picking up the Dog for services, including any damages or injuries that occur inside or outside the service area.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health and grooming needs.

Clients must ensure their pets are ready for the scheduled appointment, including having them leashed or in a safe space when the groomer arrives.

9. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our service platforms.

We may terminate or suspend your use of our services for any violations of these Terms.
